You hold out the hourglass, which slowly leaves your grip and shatters in front of you as you warp time around you, manifesting in a negative filter around you, hastening yourself and slowing down enemies.

For the duration of this spell, the area within 10m of you is affected. This area moves with you, centred on you. The world around you in the area appears as a photo negative.

You gain

Haste
for the duration of this spell.

You may designate any number of creatures to be unaffected by this spell. Those affected by this spell become

Slowed
while they remain in the area.

Also, when a creature sends a projectile attack through the field (e.g. an arrow, or a Firaga spell), the projectile becomes suspended in the field, moving at a crawl and releasing at the end of their next turn or if they escape the field. If the target of the projectile moves before this time, or if the projectile is disturbed in any way, then the attack will automatically fail to hit the target upon release in most cases.

A creature affected by this spell can use its action to make a CHA ability check against your spell save DC. On a successful check, it becomes immune to the effects of this spell for 24 hours.
